RACE TRACK FORMULA 1 FROM RENAULT IN THE CENTER OF KYIV

On September 20-21, 2008, the central street of Kyiv, Khreshchatyk, once again became the Formula 1 race track. For the first time, such a remarkable event took place on June 16, 2001, when the West McLaren Mercedes team unveiled their show called the West Adrenalin Show in Kyiv.

A sporting spectacle was represented this time in the center of the capital of Ukraine – the Renault Road Show! The total length of the track was 1200 meters. On September 21, 2008, test pilots Roman Grosjean and Sakon Yamamoto were at the wheel of the R27 car.

The show attracted many fans of cars and great speed. JSA set up tribunes for VIP guests along “the highway” near Independence Square (Maidan).
