At the end of October, JSA built up a stage on the beach of Kemer – a resort town on the popular Mediterranean coast of Turkey. The stage design had an unusual triangular shape for the back and side walls. Layher TwixBeam power beams were used to create points for hanging lighting and sound equipment in the stage structure. This is the latest development of the Layher plant, but the construction industry specialists appreciated its engineering advantages at once. JSA is one of the first companies in the stage sector which actively uses the Layher TwixBeam in its work.
From the 26th to the 29th of October 2023, there was a corporate festival in one of the hotels of Kemer, in Turkey, on the Mediterranean coast of Antalya. The spectacular event closed the active part of the tourist season in this popular holiday destination. JSA installed an unusual stage structure on the beach next to the sea for the concert and dance programs of the event.
JSA Europe participated in the September issue of IQ-Magazine (№122), specially dedicated to the 2023 festival season, which exceeded the expectations of the organizers of these massive events. Coincidentally, this year JSA took part in staging and production management for almost 10 festivals in Latvia and Romania. In this regard, Alexander Strizhak, managing director and owner of the company, gave a short interview, which was included in the article “SUPPLIERS & DEMAND”:
JSA presents once again the latest product from the Layher plant – the TwixBeams – aluminum beams. In our work, we actively use them in staging to create pre-rigging. On September 2, a concert of the popular Russian-speaking singer Max Korzh from Belarus was held at the Daugava Stadium in Riga.
On September 2, the long-awaited concert of musician Max Korzh took place in Riga (Latvia). The Belarusian singer, popular among young people, dropped out of touring for several years – at first Covid was an obstacle, and then Korzh spoke out against the war and declared that he could not sing about “Zhit’ V Kaif” (Life Is Good) – that was the name of one of his famous albums – when the lives every day are taken away. About 35 thousand spectators gathered at the Daugava stadium. The concert ended on a minor note – with an anti-war song with the words “He is right who protects his home”.
