The Olympion Roof System delivers unrivaled strength and rapid deployment, whether used for stadium concerts, festivals, or other large-scale events. Designed to accommodate standard scaffolding dimensions (Layher Allround Scaffolding or metric), the Olympion Roof System easily integrates with existing platforms, including direct compatibility with Scaff Deck SIXTY82.

- High load capacity: can withstand loads from 50 to 85 tons, ideal for large-scale events, concerts and festivals.

- Innovative Truss System: Features the XXL119 truss system with a unique pre-camber option, ensuring a perfectly level roof without sagging
- Flexible Add-ons: Easily integrates LED wings, side stages, and additional staging extensions to customize event setups
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE OLYMPION ROOF SYSTEM:
- Main Roof Dimensions (Maximum): 25m (W) x 18m (D) x 14m (H)
- Load Capacity: 50–85 tonnes (depending on stage configuration)
- Scalability: Scalable across the front width in 4.14m increments
- Structural Base: Designed around standard scaffolding dimensions (2072 or 2000 / 1036 or 1000)
- Deck Compatibility: The stage platform integrates with the Scaffold Deck SIXTY82 system and similar modular decks from other brands.
- Deck construction: aluminum frame, 15mm plywood with a non-slip top layer, and double load-bearing beam
- Build efficiency: a well-thought-out design ensures significantly faster setup and dismantling of the entire stage complex
- Add-On capability: compatibility of side structures for installing a “wing” structure for hanging LED screens and sound line arrays, including integration with the platform
- Compliance: fully compliant with the latest EN 17879:2024 standard
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS FOR THE OLYMPION ROOF SYSTEM:
- LED Wings: Free span up to 10.35 m for LED screens or line array systems
- Sloped Side Spaces: Covered structures measuring 4.14 x 13.5 m for backstage and/or technical space (sides and rear)
- Podium Extensions: Scalable stage platform extensions integrated into the scaffolding system
- Support Structure: Additional rear support legs under the rear truss for increased load capacity
- System Integration: Roof support tower trusses integrate easily and securely with the stage platform
- Powder Coating: A special fine-textured black powder coating is available

The Olympion roofing system is available for order now.
The official production launch took place on July 16, 2025.
To date, SIXTY82 has already manufactured and delivered two stage complexes with the Olympion Roof System to customers.
