On July 16-17, 2010, the popular Positivus festival took place in Salacgriva, Latvia, on the Baltic Sea and halfway between Riga and Tallinn. More than 30 performers performed on three stages. These were mainly musicians from the UK, the Baltics and other European countries. The headliners were Scissor Sisters from the USA and the British trio Muse, who performed as part of their world tour in support of the album “The Resistance”. The main stage for this was set up by JSA.
The main structure of the stage was assembled from Layher Allround Scaffolding systems, modular podiums Layher Event Decks were used to cover the stage platform. Also, the power roof system Prolyte LT was used / span between support columns – 24 meters. Engineers of the company JSA modeled the stage structure so that the roof could withstand the loads according to the rider of the group MUSE. But, unfortunately, as a result, the original design of the show decoration used in “The Resistance Tour” did not come to the festival in Salacgriva.
The festival “Positivus” took place for two days. One of the largest festivals in the Baltics was visited by about 30 thousand visitors. This time the space for the tent city and for parking cars was increased. At the suggestion of the company JSA, a temporary pedestrian bridge was built for the safety of people next to the car bridge (Layher Structure) over the canal at the exit from the Riga-Tallinn highway. In addition, the original FOH tower / Layher structure and the arched roof Prolyte 8×6 were installed.

From the history of JSA:
The first time the MUSE group performed on the JSA stage was in 2002. It happened on September 21 at the Luzhniki Sports Palace on the day of the presentation of the New Musical Express (NME) magazine in Russia. This was the first visit of the increasingly popular British musicians to Moscow, which was organized by the Production Department of the JSA company.
