On June 28, 2005, there was an anniversary concert of the famous rock band DDT at the Petrovsky Stadium in St. Petersburg. Musicians and their fans celebrated 25 years since the founding of the popular band. The performance took place as part of the next tour around the country to present the new album. Yuri Shevchuk and his team performed the program “Missing Without a Trace” and, of course, delighted the fans with hits from the previous years of DDT.
For this event, JSA installed the large stage structure made of Layher elements with a Layher Cassette Roof (28m x 14m), FOH tower, and security barriers (more than 120 m) at the stadium in the city center near the Neva river.
JSA had a very close cooperation with the promoters of the DDT’s tour. Therefore JSA also took part in stage productions for famous musicians at different times in other cities. In the jubilee year of the band, JSA built a stage for concerts in Moscow in the Olympic Stadium and a large stage in Ufa – the homeland of frontmen – Yuriy Shevchuk, where he created the famous rock group.
