The ProLight+Sound 2018 exhibition is the main presentation event of the year in the sector of technical support for the show business and entertainment industry. Traditionally, it was in the exhibition center Frankfurt Messe, from 10 to 13 April 2018.
The Layher plant also took part in this annual professional show. This year, several structures were installed in the main outdoor exhibition area in the open air and the pavilion.
Here were presented as an operating sample – the Console Tower (FOH – Front of House) and two small grandstands (tribunes) with new black folding seats. The entrance to the stands was free, so you could inspect the structures in detail or just sit back and enjoy the sunny spring day. Also on the square was built an observation tower from the elements of the Layher Allround System (by company 12.9 Event Scaffolding).
Inside the exhibition pavilion, according to tradition, there was a large Layher booth, where there were always a lot of visitors and active communication. For four days at the Layher booth, there were many guests (including from Ukraine) who were interested in the high-quality products of the German manufacturer. This time, the new catalog “Layher Event Systems – 2018” was introduced, a new solution for video screen designs, a panel covering – Layher Event Deck T16, the universal system for integrating tower by roof systems (aluminum trusses) to the stage platform – the Universal Base for Layher Stages, and special software for creating models of structures and much more – LayPlan.
As usual – next to it was the booth Prolyte Group.
JSA visited both friendly companies and inspected the structures in the open area.
