OZZY OSBOURNE AT TUSHINO AIRFIELD. GREAT ROCK “MONSTER” IN MOSCOW!

On June 16, 2002, a concert of the “great and terrible” Ozzy Osbourne was expected to take place at the Tushino Airfield in Moscow. It was supposed to be a big event for fans of rock music. The Russian public had been waiting for the legend for a long time. The first and last live show of Ozzy Osbourne was 13 years ago in the USSR at the Festival of Peace in Luzhniki (1989). The JSA Promoter team organized the long-awaited event.

BLACKMORE’S NIGHT THE FIRST TIME IN RUSSIA. ROCK MENESTREL IN ACOUSTICS AND ELECTRIC

On April 14, 2002, famous rock guitarist Ritchie Blackmore performed with his band Blackmore’s Night at the Luzhniki Sports Palace in Moscow. That was its first visit to Russia and the long-awaited performance of Ritchie Blackmore – the famous guitarist and author of the hits Deep Purple and Rainbow. After many attempts by other agencies to invite Ritchie and his new band, only the JSA Promoter team managed to book the musicians and make a gift to Russian fans of the rock star.

ROCK ZONE ULTRA FESTIVAL 2002. GERMAN ROCK BANDS IN MOSCOW

On May 26, 2002, the international Rock Zone Ultra festival was held in Moscow at the Tushino airfield (capacity – about 15,000)! JSA Promoter and ULTRA radio station, supported by BMG Russia prepared and successfully held this great event. For the first time in the practice of festivals in Russia, the JSA Promoter team gathered several top idols of a youth audience on one large stage as part of a single project.

FIRE ROCK SHOW OF RAMMSTEIN. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN RUSSIA

The German rock band Rammstein performed in Russia for the first time on November 17, 2001, at the Luzhniki Sports Palace in Moscow, which has a capacity of 10,000. This long-awaited concert was part of the European section of the MUTTER World Tour 2001, and the special guest was the Swedish band Clawfinger.

JSA was the local production team and staging company at this event. The Russian promoter was Ed Ratnikov (from the T.C.I. agency). There were two concerts: one in Moscow and one in Saint Petersburg.

ROXETTE PROVIDED ROOM SERVICE. SWEDISH DUET CONCERT IN MOSCOW

On November 7, 2001, the Swedish super duo Roxette held a concert at the Olympic Stadium (Olimpiyskiy) with a capacity of 15,000 in Moscow. This event was part of the European Tour to present their new album, Room Service. The organizer of this concert was the JSA Promoter team in collaboration with Thomas Johansson/EMA TELSTAR.
