On June 21, 2008, a splendid event “Scarlet Sails” (Alye Parusa) took place on Palace Square in St. Petersburg. This was a city holiday for graduates of educational institutions. This large-scale event was held for the fourth time and has already become popular and significant in the city on Neva and the whole country.

ROGER WATERS’ “DARK SIDE OF THE MOON” ON PALACE SQUARE IN ST. PETERSBURG

On June 6, 2008, a unique concert of the legendary Roger Waters, one of the founders, bass guitarist, vocalist and author of many songs of the iconic group “Pink Floyd”, took place on Palace Square in St. Petersburg. The three-hour performance of the famous rock musician took place as part of the cultural program of the XII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. A bright impressive show with the magical name “The dark side of the moon” was presented on the large stage installed by the JSA company.

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN SAINT PETERSBURG. THE HUGE ICE RINK IN THE PALACE SQUARE

In the winter season of 2007-2008, a public ice skating rink was opened for the first time on Palace Square in St. Petersburg, the heart of the Northern Capital. The project was organized by the Bosco di Ciliegi Group of Companies with the support of the City Administration of St. Petersburg.

SKATING ON THE RED SQUARE IN MOSCOW. SECOND ICE SEASON NEAR THE KREMLIN

In the 2007-2008 winter season, for the second time in history, a public ice rink was opened on Moscow’s Red Square. Once again, the project was organized by the GUM Shopping Center, the main historical building which stands directly opposite the Kremlin. The largest in Europe entertainment complex of this kind includes: an ice arena, a cafe, retail premises, a rental and service center, and technical premises were more than 3,000 square meters.
