JSA IN THE RESEARCH OF LABORATORY OF GLOBAL TRENDS IN BUSINESS

In the second half of 2023, JSA took part in scientific research by a group of students from the Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in Zwolle, the Netherlands. In mid-September, the Managing Director and founder of the company, Alexander Strizhak, received an invitation from a student at this university, Alexiia Pogrebnyak, to participate in this research. A group of students looked for a company to partner with on a training assignment as part of the Global Trends Lab course for the International Business major.

The initiator of the contact was a long-time partner of JSA, set designer, and digital artist – Andrey Pogrebnyak (Kyiv, Ukraine), who advised his daughter to contact Alexander Strizhak with this topic. This was unexpected and unusual, however, the group received his consent. An additional argument for the decision was that JSA has had business connections in the Netherlands for more than twenty years / since 2003.

Communication with the team took almost six months, including online group meetings, emailing with questions, exchanging documents necessary for work, and several online interviews. As a result, a voluminous PDF (more than 120 pages) was released with research based on the activities of the JSA company. We are glad that we took part in this project and helped young people get acquainted with business processes and other aspects of our company.

Thanks to all team members for their partnership in this project:

  • Alexia Pogrebniak
  • Anhelina Koretska
  • Maria Vivanko
  • Elaine Hu
  • Mohammed Banaga

Special thanks to Andrey Pogrebniak for his initial impetus for this unusual and interesting event for JSA

Below are some excerpts from this study, selected by us as the most interesting for public access (translation from the original by Maria Strizhak).
