On December 5, a delegation from the JSA company consisting of Alexander Strizhak, Oleg Babaevsky, Alexey Kotelnikov, and Arnis Grinbergs arrived for a friendly and business visit to SIXTY82 in Drachten (Netherlands). The trip had the task of getting to know the production and the team of company employees. During the day, a meeting was held with the founder and business manager – Fokko Smeding, sales director – Rainier Smeding, chief engineer – Marc Hendriks, and executive manager – Date Jonkman.
We discussed ways, and cooperation methods, plans for promoting sales and organizing joint actions for training, and participation in forums and exhibitions in Ukraine and Latvia. We also talked about the issue of working with clients from Russia and other post-Soviet countries. We spoke to the marketing and communications manager of SIXTY82 – Sybrèn Dijkhoff about joint actions in advertising, information policy, and translating SIXTY82 promotional materials into Russian. In addition, there was a personal acquaintance with SIXTY82 sales managers and a discussion of an effective communication system for working with clients.
A useful part of the visit was a small tour of the office, a visit to the production of aluminum trusses and stage podiums, and a warehouse of finished products on customer orders. There, the JSA team also took the demo set of SIXTY82 products for their office.
At the end of the day, the parties said goodbye and expressed their gratitude to each other for arrival, meeting, and hospitality. This was an important moment for the business for both sides after JSA Europe received the status of official distributor of SIXTY82.
