“THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON” BY ROGER WATERS AT THE WALLS OF THE MOSCOW KREMLIN

On June 24, the legendary Roger Waters, creative leader and author of the most famous songs of the Pink Floyd group, gave a concert on Vasilyevsky Spusk on Red Square. This was the first performance of the famous musician near the walls of the Moscow Kremlin, which took place as part of his world tour “The Dark Side of the Moon”. JSA managed the technical support, some organizational issues of the production part and staging of this historic concert.

REVOLUTION ON MACHINES NEAR THE KREMLIN WALL. RED BULL ADRENALIN SHOW – SNOWMOBILE JUMPING

The “revolutionary” sports show took place on November 19, in Moscow, on the Vasilyevsky Slope (Russian: Vasilyevsky Spusk) on the Red Square near the Kremlin walls. The “revolutionaries” were armed with powerful equipment – Ski-Doo snowscoot. The event became history as the Red Bull Revolution On Machines. That evening at 17.00, the historical square shuddered from the deafening roar of engines: it was the beginning of the freestyle motocross competition on snowscoots.

SECOND NASHESTVIE ON THE VOLGA BANK IN THE TVER REGION

From August 5 to 7, 2005, one of the largest open-air rock festivals in Russia, NASHESTVIE (in English – INVASION), was held in the Tver Region. This large-scale event was held for the second time on the banks of the Volga River in the settlement of Emmaus. Over 53,000 people visited it in three days. This year, for the first time in the festival program, the musicians’ performances took place on three stages: the main one and two additional ones. For this, the JSA company, as a permanent developer and partner, installed the structures of the main big stage and two small stages.

THE WINGS FESTIVAL SPREADS ITS ROCK WINGS IN TUSHINO AGAIN

On July 23 and 24, 2005, the now annual rock festival “KRYLYA” ((in English – WINGS) took place in Moscow. This year, it returned to its traditional venue, the airfield in Tushino. Last year, it was forced to take place on the territory of the Luzhniki complex. The transfer was due to a tragic event – a terrorist attack that occurred in 2003 during the festival.

Since this year, the largest open-air musical event in the Russian capital has become a two-day event for the first time, which allowed the public to see twice as many favorite artists. And the main novelty of the festival was a special design of a large double stage installed by the JSA company.
